QuickTech Refund and Return Policy

At QuickTech, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 5-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.  
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at quicktech.shop26@gmail.com with the following information:
    • Your order number.
    • The item(s) you wish to return.
    • The reason for your return.
    • Your contact information.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your email and verify your eligibility, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.   
  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow [Number] business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  5. Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.   

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.                                       

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at quicktech.shop26@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
